Rewarding the Passion That Creates Award Winning People
Two of our team members are honored by the Indiana Apartment Association for exceptional service!
When you browse our website, read our brochures, or call one of our properties, a common theme emerges. We believe in our people. We are anxious to convey to you that the best amenity at each property is the caring staff that surround you. Sure, we are one of the largest multi-family management companies in the state of Indiana, and growing every year. But seriously. Isn’t your “experience” as a resident weigh in as heavily on your decision to choose us for your next place to live?
We know it is. So you will pardon our bragging, right?
First, let us introduce you to Jerry Graham, named the 2018 Alberto Covarrubios Maintenance Supervisor of the Year by the Indiana Apartment Association from a huge field of nominees. Jerry brings a lifetime of master craftsmanship and love of people to his job with IGC.
Then meet Eric Kratochvil, also a winner of the Alberto Covarrubios Maintenance Supervisor of the Year in 2014. He is a multi-specialist and shares his expertise across many properties.
When an emergency arises, like a broken pipe or no heat, these gentlemen and many other that are a part of our first-responders seem to light up with joy at the thought of helping put something out of whack back into working order. They are the Atlas to our IGC Globe. And we thank them for helping us to deliver REAL HOSPITALITY to our residents.
So, next time you see one of our employees say “Thank you for caring.” It will mean a lot. Because we are hoping you see that we are REAL PEOPLE, just like you.

What Makes “Real Hospitality” Possible?
The opportunity to serve others is the essence of what drives the success of In Good Company (IGC) at every level. Founded on the idea that people who are managed with integrity will create a better customer experience is a philosophy emulated at every level by managing partners, Michael Sakich and Jonathan Hicks, who have been involved in the purchase, rehabilitation, development and management of more than $500,000,000 in multifamily real estate throughout the Midwest. Taking the time to learn about the resident, adding new amenities, and providing expected and extra-ordinary conveniences add significant value, and enhance the quality of life for every resident and employee. It is this obsessive attention to detail along with sweeping “people-initiatives,” executed with clarity and competence, which have sustained their success since forming IGC in 2005.
When IGC won its first IAA Management Company of the Year award in 2011, it marked the only time a company outside the Indianapolis region was recognized, making 2015’s win even more precedent setting and precious. Their accomplishments are all ground-breaking such as building the first green certified apartment building in Indiana. They give back generously to their communities. And of IGC’s more than 100 employees, many have been with them since the beginning.
Jon Hicks, managing partner states his beliefs in this simple way, “We consider serving you an honorable profession. That’s why we are committed to delivering the finest hospitality experience in the industry.”
As the fastest growing multi-family property management and build group in Indiana, and with over 26 communities in their portfolio, their promise of REAL PEOPLE, REAL QUALITY, REAL CARING, and REAL HOSPITALITY is an apt description of what every team member understands and delivers. And, it is a promise just waiting for you to claim.

MARCH 27, 2020
Dear Valued Residents, Vendors, Partners, and Customers:
We find ourselves in interesting times which are changing daily. It is a time when cooperation, calm, and a spirit of service is needed now more than ever. We operate under the philosophy that being able to offer you a comfortable and safe place to live is our highest calling and we are honored to serve you. But we also know that our responsibility as property managers for all our residents must extend beyond encouragement to also share the facts. We are committed to a transparent communication system about what we’re doing. Please review the following carefully. As of today, here are the processes we have in place in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Global Pandemic Federal restrictions.
Thank you for your understanding, patience, and support as we share respect for each other and create a beautiful place for us all to live and work.
With prayers for your safety and gratitude for you and our blessings.
Jon Hicks
