We're excited to offer three targeted scholarships; each tailored to different roles within the multifamily sector. These programs provide comprehensive training, practical skills, and leadership development. Because the owners of IGC already offer these education opportunities to all their team members, these scholarships are open to any qualifying member of the Indiana Apartment Association, in or outside of In Good Company.

Certified Apartment Manager (CAM)

The CAM Scholarship is ideal for property management professionals aspiring to step into leadership roles. Delivered through the National Apartment Association Education Institute, this program offers in-depth instruction in key areas such as operations, financial performance, marketing, risk management, and employment law. Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT)

SAL Leadership Scholarship
