Jon Hicks, CPM, is a graduate of the University of Michigan (B.A. English / Psychology 1982). As President of Andover Management, and now managing partner of IGC, Jon’s portfolio has included over 4,000 units, located primarily in Indiana. Due in large part to a depth of experience, including the prestigious designation of CPM and a former president of the Northwest Indiana Apartment Owners Assoc., as well as his ability to target and renew turnaround projects, his communities have consistently outperformed his competitors. Moreover, the standards he implements show a heightened sensitivity to all the factors necessary to generate consistent success and resident loyalty.

Michael Sakich, is a graduate of Purdue University (B.S. Finance 1985). Beginning his career at CB Richard Ellis in 1987, he specializes in the sale of apartment communities throughout Illinois, Northern Indiana, Southern Wisconsin and Southwest Michigan. His sales with CB Richard Ellis total over $1.5 billion and 30,000 units. As a principal of IGC he participates in all aspects of ownership and management, with emphasis on acquisition, financing and market fundamentals. His experience and expertise spans the positions of managing member, general partner or principal in numerous successful real estate ventures.
